Ms. Compton,

Thank You

I would like to thank Ms. Compton, my 4th grade teacher, for helping me break out of my shyness as a student and as a person in general. Her Warm Fuzzy Award was something every student enjoyed and looked forward to and her endearment will never be forgotten. Thank you Ms. Compton!

Thanks,
Amy J.

Mr. Mangum,

I'll Never Forget

Mr. Mangum was definitely the coolest teacher I ever had.

He really made a point to treat us as young adults instead of children. I really appreciated that as senior in his class. My favorite part was that Digital Media was our class, not solely his. Students input and ideas really mattered to him and you don't see that with every teacher.

Thanks,
Ziris "Alex" S.

Mr. Toyama,

I'll Never Forget

The time you gave me half of your lunch when I had none.

I had to miss your Ceramics class when I got my wisdom teeth pulled and that was when you were teaching how to make a nose on a person's face. I had to come in during lunch to make up the time, and didn’t have lunch. You, with your giant heart, gave up HALF of your own lunch for me. Whenever I, or anyone else needs help, you are always there. I’ve had a lot of stress this year and you helped a lot of it go away. The littlest things can have the biggest effects.

Thanks,
Cera-Nicole T.

Mrs. Pate,

I'm Grateful

Last year when i was really sick and missed 60 days of school you volunteered to help an hour after school and become my home bound teacher where you would help me with my big amount of Homework . While i was in the hospital you would collect it and bring it to my sister, so i could get it.Since I was having a tough time making friends, she would introduce people to me .When i was feeling really down, you would talk to me and not make me feel bad.You were not only a great SST teacher but my friend.

Thanks,

Dr. Shaunessy,

Thank You

Dr. Shaunessy came to our school campus to instruct an entire faculty of teachers in grades PK-3 though 8th grade. We took five master level courses in gifted education. After the five classes were complete Dr. Shaunessy didn't go away.....she continued to mentor several teachers in our school and helped us challenge students to a new level. She even gave time and encouragment to me personally to finish the program and this May I will receive my masters' degree in gifted education! Thank you!!

Mrs. Torres,

Gracias

Thanks,
